Referee Clinics Scheduled for September 20th and 22nd

The 2010-2011 Referees and Officials Clinic will be held on Monday September 20th and Wednesday September 22nd at 5:00 to 9:00 pm at Pearkes Arena. These Clinics are for Levels 1 to 4. PLEASE NOTE that you must register at bchockey.net under "Clinics" to be eligible.
Officials of Saanich have priority up until August 20th at which time it opens up to the rest of the city, so register early to avoid disappointment. Any questions or concerns may be directed to SMHA Referee-in-Chief Derrick Holland by phone at 250-382-8211 or by e-mail at derrickhollandric@shaw.ca
2010 - 2011 Development Sessions Announced

As part of SMHA's commitment to player development, SMHA is setting aside a number of ice slots on Tuesday nights for both goaltender and player development for all divisions. Detailed schedules of the goalie and player development sessions can be found at the links below. All players (and coaches) should consider these session as a mandatory part of their practice schedule for the season. Additional information on player development sessions is also posted on our Player Development page.
Sponsorship Coordinator Needed!

Saanich Minor Hockey is looking for someone to serve on our Executive as Sponsorship Coordinator. Your role would be to to assist us in developing an overall sponsorship structure, pursue a variety of corporate sponsorship opportunities, coordinate with potential and existing sponsors and assist all teams in their individual team sponsorship initiatives.
